"Calling all local heroes: Let your passion project shine!"
This year we're not only celebrating our anniversary, but also giving you the opportunity to support your personal passion project!
Fifteen years ago, LR Global Kids Fund e.V. was founded by dedicated employees - a passion project to help children in difficult situations and give them a better future. Thanks to the enthusiastic support of LR Health & Beauty Systems, LR distributors and LR employees, we have been able to support numerous children's aid projects over the years.
In our anniversary year, we want to continue this success story and give something special back to our dedicated supporters:
The Local Heroes campaign is back!
We will be supporting a total of 15 passion projects with €1,000 each, and you can be a part of it!
Whether you have a project focused on education, language and literacy, sport, health, music and culture, integration or career preparation for children and young people - now is your chance!
The application period is from 15 September to 18 October 2024.
Please note that only fully completed applications will be considered!
Eligibility criteria:
- You must be an existing member of the LRGKF.
- The target group of the project is children and young people up to the age of 18.
- The project falls into one of the following areas: education, language & literacy, sport & physical activity, health promotion, music & culture, refugee integration, poverty alleviation, talent development or career preparation.
- Project activities will take place over a defined period and will be completed by the end of 2025.
- The beneficiary institution must be recognised as a non-profit organisation and a certificate must be provided with the application.
- Applications are accepted worldwide (both national and international).
- The beneficiary institution will issue a donation receipt upon receipt of the grant.
- The institution agrees to provide publicity (e.g. press coverage) on the funded project.
- Only fully completed applications will be considered.
